How do I transfer from another web hosting provider to you?

The process is simple, and we can assist you with the changeover. There will most likely be no downtime.

How do I transfer my domain to the Imago servers from my current web host?

Again, we will assist the facilitation of your site changeover, this is typically a seamless transfer.

What if I already have a domain name?

You will have to change the DNS servers to point to our servers, don't worry we would be glad to assist you with this process.

What if I want to cancel my hosting in the middle of my term?

Cancellations for hosting are processed within 5 business days. A cancellation fee is assessed to each account at 50% of the annual hosting price. I.E. For a $10/month plan, the cancellation fee would be $60 ($10 x 12 = $120 (annual hosting price) --> $120 / 2 = $60
